As a New Port Richey personal injury attorney, we are also here to serve our community at large. Outside of the practice of law, Chuck Philips is very involved with community organizations and initiatives. He is passionate about serving others and helping the Trinity area to be the best community that it can be.

Chuck is a member of the Rotary Club of Trinity and the Trinity Business Association. The Trinity Rotary strives to serve the needs of the people of Trinity,Pasco County and beyond through fundraisers, and donations from its members. The Trinity Business Association exists to uplift businesses in the Trinity area and help them to be as successful as possible. It also raises money through its membership to fund local high school scholarships.

Chuck is blessed to be the chairman of the board of the Bay Area Pregnancy Center, a center with four locations that reaches out to new mothers who have had an unplanned pregnancy. The center offers support, guidance, and classes, as well as free pregnancy tests. Chuck is also on the development counsel for Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. This hospital is very well known and respected, as well as highly ranked as a trusted children’s hospital, serving some of the most challenging medical problems. Chuck is also a member of the Vestry governing board at his church, Episcopal Church of the Ascension.

The Office of Chuck Philips is passionate about charity and supporting the work of those who are making an important difference in our community. For example, during the Christmas holiday we raise funds and collect presents and donations for the RAP House, a halfway house for teens going through a troublesome time, as well as Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. We match all donations given to our office to support the work of these organizations.
